The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
- I try to do my best in describing and photographing my items accurately. Please read the descriptions carefully!
-All my felt clothes are customize orders, refunds are not provided because of individual measurements, color, special details, personalization.
- A cancellation might be done 24 hours of purchase.
- If you have received damaged or incorrect item, please contact me as soon as possible after receiving them and we will find some solution.
Only for ready to ship items:
-If by any reasons you are not satisfied by the item you bought from my shop, I guarantee money return with no questions asked ONLY if the following requirements have been fulfilled:
- the item is returned in its original package and condition, UNUSED;
- for Lithuanian and other EU buyers, the item must be returned within 14 days of receiving an item;
- for US and other overseas buyers, the item must be returned within 28 days.
- If you wish to return an item, please contact me before sending it back. The shipment expenses will have to be paid by the buyer.
-Any refund will be made only after I receive the item back.
